The Indian board in consultation with the selectors and team management, has decided to send Vidarbha's Umesh Yadav and India under-19 left-arm pacer Jaidev Unadkad for a week's training with the Indian team in Sri Lanka. The duo took a late night flight to Colombo from Mumbai.

With Zaheer Khan out due to injury, the team management is sweating over how their pace attack will measure up against the formidable Sri Lanka batting line-up in the three-Test series.
