American actress Kate Wright, rumoured to be dating former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand, confirmed that she won't be airing any relationship talk on British show The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE). Ferdinand, who has three children from his marriage to late wife Rebecca, was first spotted getting close to Wright last month.

"It's too much stress and too much pressure. Everyone's in each other's business. You can't breathe. You might have a row about ketchup and it turns into a crazy thing," Wright told OK! magazine.

Wright went through a terrible time when her relationship with ex-boyfriend Dan Edgar was showcased on TOWIE. The pair split last summer after six years together. Edgar left the show in tears with a romantic gesture to win Wright back at Christmas.

So now it makes sense that the 35-year-old Wright, who feels that she's found her feet on the show, wants to keep any future romances off-screen. "I was very self conscious, now I feel like I know who I am," she added.
