Italian footballer Mario Balotelli’s ex-lover Clelia Carleenn has lashed out at the former Manchester City star after he took a dig at women calling them gold diggers. 
According to British tabloid, The Sun, Balotelli in a now-deleted/expired post on Instagram, wrote: “The law should prevent gold diggers from having children against the will of men only to obtain the advantage of money. Family comes with love and not out for convenience. If you are single, you are having fun and cannot provide for yourself, do not use third parties as if they were an ATM but just find a job before having kids.” 

Swiss model Carleenn, who has son Lion, three, with the footballer, shared Balotelli’s post and said: “I am a victim physically and mentally of him. And he never stops, he never respects mothers. The only thing it does is lie.”
