Benfica boss Jose Mourinho admitted he had never seen a match like this after his goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin scored the vital goal against Real Madrid to send them into the Play-offs on Wednesday.
“For me everything [in football] is [often] deju vu, but this is for the first time,” said a delighted Mourinho before revealing he had full faith in his custodian to make a difference at the other end of the pitch. “We were losing in Porto a couple of weeks ago and he went up there and almost scored, so we know the big guy is capable of this,” he added.
