Manchester: Army experts blew up a suspect package at Old Trafford yesterday after thousands of fans were evacuated from the stadium ahead of United's final EPL game of the season, police said.

There was no immediate word on whether the device was a bomb. The emergency was signalled just 20 minutes before the scheduled start of the game in the 75,600 capacity stadium.
