Former English football striker Gary Linekar never received a yellow or red card throughout his career. He even got the FIFA Fair Play Award in 1990 for his clean game during his England career that spanned almost a decade — 1984 to 1992.

However, yesterday the former footballer-turned-TV pundit ironically received a red card for singing! Linekar joined hands, or rather voices, with Take That star Gary Barlow and a host of other celebrities including former Spice Girls Emma Bunton, Mel C, Girls Aloud's Kimberley Walsh, etc to croon England's official World Cup song.
