South American dark horses Paraguay registered a superb come-from-behind 4-2 win over OFC giants New Zealand to lead the Group 'B' with six points and seal a virtual qualification spot for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Round of 16 at DY Patil Stadium, Nerul yesterday. The six-goal thriller began in the second minute itself. La Albirroja's Alan Rodriguez directed a well-calculated free kick straight into goal which was out of reach for Kiwi 'keeper Jacob Clarke's outstretched hands. However, the All Whites can hold their heads really high as they displayed tremendous grit during the match. Clarke, in particular, stepped up with vital saves.
