England fans, former players and pundits are all calling for skipper Harry Kane to be knighted after his brilliant brace helped the Three Lions come from behind to beat DR Congo 2-1 at the Atlanta Stadium and storm into the round of 16 on Wednesday.

After Congo scored a 7th-minute opener through Brian Cipenga, England were trailing for most of the match, before Kane headed in the equaliser in the 75th minute before hammering home a stunning winner four minutes from the end.
