Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann said his side, who had already qualified for the last 32 of the <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/photo/in-photos-fifa-world-cup-2026-fever-grips-mumbaikars-111769/1" rel="nofollow">FIFA World Cup</a>, had committed &ldquo;tactical suicide&rdquo; after Ecuador came from behind to beat the Germans 2-1 on Thursday.
