London: Former England and Tottenham striker Jimmy Greaves has left hospital just over a month after suffering a severe stroke.

The 75-year-old was admitted into intensive care on May 3 but his friend and agent Terry Baker has now confirmed Greaves "has left hospital and entered a rehabilitation unit for the next few weeks".
