British actress Helen Flanagan made her England footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair's birthday special by throwing a star-studded party in Dubai. The Celtic player, who turned 28 on Saturday, has been dating the Coronation Street actress since 2009.

Sinclair was impressed and looked lovingly at Helen as they posed with the cake.
