Lisbon: Spanish football team's captain Iker Casillas has confirmed his journalist girlfriend Sara Carbonero is pregnant with their second child.

Carbonero posted a photo on social networking site Instagram on Tuesday with her two-year-old son Martín kissing her belly and said in Spanish "then you will understand that they have not told lies when they said the best is always coming for you. Life is amazing. A Kiss from your big brother," reports Efe.
