New Delhi: Indian Super League on Friday said that its organising committee was in the process of studying the order pronounced by its regulatory commission which slapped FC Goa a whopping Rs 11 crore fine while banning their two co-owners for a few seasons for 'bringing disrepute' to the tournament.
