Rio de Janeiro: Midfielder Willian has leapt to the defence of embattled Chelsea head coach Jose Mourinho amid the London football club&rsquo;s worst start to a season in more than 30 years.

The Brazil international on Monday rejected speculation of dressing room disquiet, saying the players fully support the 52-year-old Portuguese, reports Xinhua.
&ldquo;For me it is fine to evolve under the orders of Jose Mourinho. He is a very good coach, very positive with his players, one of the best in the world. I&rsquo;ve learned a lot from him,&rdquo; Willian was quoted as saying by Sambafoot.

Willian has arguably been Chelsea&rsquo;s best player this season and his consistency has seen him cement a regular starting berth for Brazil&rsquo;s national team.
World Cup dreams The 27-year-old believes he can take his game to an even higher level as he enters his peak years.
&ldquo;My dream is to become player of the year, to win the World Cup, to be a legend at Chelsea,&rdquo; he said.
Chelsea play at home to Norwich City on Saturday.
