Oberoi International (Goregaon) prevailed over their sister institution Oberoi International (JVLR) 6-5 via tie-breaker to claim their maiden girls U-16 Div-II <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/football/article/mumbai-school-sports-association-tournament-gets-new-balls-23648067" rel="nofollow">Dreams Sports MSSA</a> title at Wings Sports Centre, Bandra, on Friday.
The final remained goalless in regulation time, with neither side able to find the decisive breakthrough.
In the ensuing shootout Priya Seethapalli, Anishka Jhunjhunwala, Aanya Chowallor, Miraya Das, Kianna Sankhe and Anoushka Nettimi converted for the Goregaon side while only Daanya Shetty, Zoe Srikanth, Kiara Shetty, Myra Shah and Nihira Shetty netted for the JVLR school.
