<p>Brazil police arrested a man and are searching for another over an alleged extortion. Carlos Antonio Rodrigues (30) posed as Brazilian footballer Neymar to trick girls into sending intimate photographs and then extorted them from an Internet cafe in Minas Gerais.</p>
