Just a day after calling his wife Jamila 'Queen' on Instagram, Leicester City star Ahmed Musa was arrested over a physical assault. Police picked up the footballer from his Countesthorpe home early yesterday, reported The Sun.

British police questioned the footballer and took two hours to take a statement from his wife, who is mother to his kids Ahmed Jr and Halima. On Wednesday, Musa posted this picture of his wife (above) to celebrate her birthday and wrote: "On this special day, may you have: All the joy, your heart can hold; All the smiles, a day can bring; And all the blessings, a life can unfold. May God bestow you with His bounties and blessings! Happy Birthday to my Queen." He was eventually released.
