"I do not feel that there was a party tonight, the title we will celebrate when we receive the trophy at the last day," Blanc said in a press conference.
"In the first half we created many chances, we controlled the game against a very defensive team. We could have opened the scoring, we did, but the referee decided otherwise.
"These are things that happen. In the second half, Monaco took advantage of the spaces. On both goals there are things to complain about. My team did good in first period, but it is the team that played defensively who won."
Monaco midfielder Jeremy Toulalan said his side's defensive work laid the foundations of the win.
"It might be a good time to play PSG. Some may say that Paris were elsewhere. It matters little, we did what we had to do. We recovered balls in the second period, and we have been effective. We were there to get a result. "We knew we would not have possession, so we applied ourselves to defensive work, to be on top in set pieces."
