<p>According to British tabloid, The Sun, Kate, gave her 1.4 million Instagram followers a view of the organised changing table which has drawers labelled as nappies.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&ldquo;This drawer just makes me so happy. I love organisation. Having a newborn you freak out about everything &ndash; &lsquo;am I going to hurt him? What am I going to do?&rsquo; &rdquo; said Kate.</p>
