Former Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs has hired glamorous PR beauty Kate Greville (pictured above), who became close to the Wales footballer when he divorced his wife Stacey last year.
According to British tabloid, The Sun, Giggs has put Greville on the payroll at his business empire and even drove her to work yesterday. Greville, 33, has become head of PR and Communications at GG Hospitality -- the firm Giggs owns with former teammate Gary Neville.

She has also been showered with many designer gifts, including handbags and bouquets of flowers. A source said: "This came out of the blue. It&rsquo;ll be interesting to see what Stacey makes of all this. Her appointment has ruffled more than a few feathers. The post wasn&rsquo;t advertised to external candidates, meaning Giggsy handpicked Kate for the role."
