Unbeaten Inter Milan maintained their lead at the top of Serie A after a hard-fought goalless draw at arch-rivals Juventus. Luciano Spalletti's Inter, with 40 points, leave Turin one point ahead of second-placed Napoli, who stands on 39 points with Juventus closing on the heels with 38 points. Inter Milan will look forward to widen the gap when they meet Udinese next, who is currently on 13th position on the table.
