Victoria Beckham's fashion label has been threatened with closure after reportedly failing to file accounts on time for the third year in a row.
The former Spice Girl, who is set to receive an OBE in the New Year's honours, has been warned that Victoria Beckham Ltd could shut down.

On December 6, the label, which had a turnover of more than &pound;34million in 2014, was served with a "notice of compulsory strike off" by Companies House, reported The Sun. It's not just Victoria's business that's under threat. Beckham Brand Holdings was also handed a "strike off" notice on December 13. The warning gives them two months to act or it will be dissolved.
