The EPL title is now Manchester City's to lose. The 2012 champions, currently on 80 points, have two games in hand and can lift the title by winning their remaining games against Aston Villa and West Ham at home. Even a draw and a win in the two games could win them the title on goal difference

B. Liverpool
The Merseysiders will have to win their last game against Newcastle and hope that City don't win either of their remaining two matches
