Third seed Anil Mundhe of Pune and top seed Kajal Kumari of Mumbai claimed the men's and women's singles titles respectively at the 10th Maharashtra State Ranking Prize Money carrom tournament at Shivaji Park Gymkhana recently.
In the summit clash, Mundhe beat Zahid Ahmad of Thane 11-25, 25-10, 25-15, while Kumari got the better of second seed Ayesha Mohd 25-14, 25-8. Mundhe won a cash prize of R21,000, while Kumari was received a cash award of Rs 7,500.
