India’s mixed martial arts (MMA) star Ritu Phogat, who was recently named as the brand ambassador of Last One Standing (LOS), a unique national strength and endurance championship, has said that it is her mission to ensure people embrace healthier lifestyles.

“It’s not difficult. If you work hard, nothing is difficult, but if you don't work hard, then anything will feel difficult. A lot of people are becoming more aware about fitness now and getting involved in it so this is the right time,” said Phogat, 31, a former Commonwealth Wrestling Championship gold medallist, who made the switch from the wrestling mat to the MMA cage with a view to becoming the country’s first world champion in the sport.
