100 days of being consistent, and here's how you can do it too

Challenges like 75-day Hard are often used to get your fitness back on track. But social media also encourages projects about your mental health. For me, the #100daysofpossibility helped me realise that consistency is very much possible

I love challenges. Maybe it’s the journalist in me, but give me a deadline or a time to finish something, and I am all over it like a carb-love is on pizza. Laugh out loud.
And since, I am a social media nut, I do all my challenges online, so I can be held accountable. I started with the 75-day reset and then I decided that I wanted to do something for my mindset.
