The vegetarian ones include sweet potato paneer chop, bharela bheeda in patio masala, Parsi-style vegetable stew, masoor pulao, rotli, gajjar mewa nu achaar, saria papad and creamy pineapple falooda. The non-vegetarian bhonu comprises chicken farcha, saag ma gosht and Parsi-style chicken stew.

For Navroz, RTI Foods by Sir Ratan Tata Institute has curated two bhonus: a meaty non-vegetarian bhonu and a one-of-its-kind vegetarian special. Besides specialties like the whole pomfret, jardaloo salli mutton and cheesy bell pepper croquettes, both meals will have achaar, roti, appetiser, curry, pulao, dessert and raspberry soda. The portions are sufficient for two and you can also order a la carte in case you want to sample both.
