Spicy, sweet, and sour, chunda is a mango pickle made with raw green unripe mangoes, adding the perfect kick to your lunch preparations. Lalka starts preparing her seasonal dishes when March ends and sells out her stock among neighbours and those interested as the monsoon comes, managing to sell about 2000-2500 kgs worth of pickles. Her fresh mangoes are sourced from Bhuleshwar, while her spices come from the spice market in Vashi.
