The pandemic has been harsh in more ways than one, but especially to those who lost someone they loved, or a job that paid their bills—one that some of them had invested a chunk of their careers in. Experts say, post-loss, mornings can be particularly difficult, and those feeling severely depressed prefer to never get out of bed.
