The makers of Jana Nayagan have finally unveiled a brand-new promotional video just days ahead of the film's theatrical release, reigniting excitement among fans after months of silence. The action-packed glimpse showcases Vijay in multiple avatars, including a police officer, prisoner, and political leader, while offering fresh visuals from what is being billed as his farewell film before his complete transition into politics.
The newly released promo features high-octane action sequences, dramatic visuals, and a rousing background score by Anirudh Ravichander. One of the most talked-about moments is Vijay's signature hand-slashing gesture, which has sparked widespread discussion online due to its resemblance to a gesture associated with Tamil Nadu's political landscape. The video also introduces him with a title card referring to him as the "Honourable Chief Minister," further strengthening the film's political undertones.
The promo arrives after Jana Nayagan navigated several hurdles before its release.
