<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/business/business-news/article/reserve-bank-of-india-appoints-suman-ray-as-new-executive-director-23647825" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">The Reserve Bank</a> on Friday announced the appointment of Sudhakar Malli as its executive director.
Malli has been working as the chief general manager-in-charge in the Department of Supervision, as per an official statement.
In his new role, Malli will look after the Department of Supervision (Supervisory Assessment), it said.
He has extensive experience in the supervision of banks, non-banking financial companies and co-operative banks, spanning over two and a half decades.
He also has around five years of supervisory experience in overseas jurisdictions. He has also worked in the area of Currency Management.
