Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd (ABREL) on Monday reported a <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/business/business-news/article/ultratech-cement-q2fy27-net-profit-rises-2127-per-cent-at-rs-150138-crore-23655882" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">consolidated net profit</a> of Rs 918.70 crore for the quarter ended September.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 17.82 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income jumped to Rs 860.86 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal from Rs 113.23 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.
During the first six months of this fiscal, the company posted a net profit of Rs 884.11 crore as against a net loss of Rs 44.90 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income also rose to Rs 1,066.58 crore in the first half of this fiscal from Rs 270.64 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year.
The financial results include the numbers of discontinued operations.
