Noting that Indian economy has remained resilient amid global uncertainties, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday said the country is likely to sustain an economic growth of 7 per cent in the current fiscal year.

She said India has sustained a growth of over 7 per cent since the COVID-19 pandemic, and this year too, the country's growth will be in that range, according to news agency PTI. She added that the growth has come against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russia-Ukraine war, tariff uncertainties, and the Iran-US conflict.
