As Assam continues to battle one its worst flood situation in years, Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani has contributed Rs 11 crore to the Assam Chief Minister's Relief Fund to support relief and rehabilitation efforts for people affected by the devastating floods that have hit several parts of the state, according to an IANS report.

Assam's Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma thanked the billionaire industrialist on social media platform X for extending timely support at a time when lakhs of people have been affected by floods in the state.
