As college students begin their new academic term, technology giant Google has announced a one-year free subscription to its 'AI Plus' plan for eligible students in India. The search giant is offering new and enhanced study tools to college students to support them in their educational endeavours.

What are the new features?  

In its latest blog post, Google said that eligible students will get access to Gemini Omni, twice the usage limits available to non-AI subscribers, 400 GB of storage and other features at no cost for one year. The package for Google Gemini is otherwise priced at Rs 4,000.
