India ranks as the third-largest cross-border hiring pool globally and accounts for 7.2 per cent of the world’s AI trainers, underscoring the country’s growing role in the global digital workforce, according to a report released on Thursday.
According to an analysis by Deel, the country has emerged as a key contributor to this workforce, making it the second-largest talent base after the United States, and ahead of countries such as the Philippines and Canada.
