Cooling products maker Voltas on Friday said Tata Trusts Chairman Noel N Tata has been appointed as Chairman Emeritus of the company with effect from November 12, 2026.

The company in a regulatory filing said, Noel Tata, who is currently the Chairman and Director of the company will retire with effect from the close of business hours on 11 November, 2026, "upon attaining the age of superannuation prescribed thereunder."
