Shweta Tiwari is one of those Indian actors who appears to be ageing in reverse. Even at 44, the television diva appears to be in her prime and could easily outperform her 24-year-old daughter Palak. Shweta discussed her fitness routine during an interview with comedian Bharti Singh and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, on their YouTube channel, Bharti TV, on July 24.

Shweta talked about her fitness and wellness, saying, "I've been taking Pilates for about two months. I also go for walks and do some strength training. It's limited for now, but I'll be back to full strength soon."

When asked about her thoughts on yoga, Shweta said, "Whenever I try to do yoga and close my eyes, I start thinking, oh, I have to buy groceries, do the laundry, and all sorts of other things." She said with a giggle that yoga isn't her thing because her mind never shuts down.

Shweta's diet plan

Dr Kinita Patel, Shweta Tiwari's dietitian, once said that the actor was incredibly disciplined with her meals and stuck to her diet even during demanding shoot schedules. In an interview with News18 in 2021, she stated, "We closely monitored her food intake, even while she was on set." Every meal was preplanned. Shweta made sure her training and food were on track. If a scene required her to eat something on-screen, she would first contact me to discuss it. She made an effort to eat items that were appropriate for her dietary plan."

Her parenting tips

Earlier, Shweta had even shared some interesting parenting tips. She revealed how she would give pocket money to Palak for spending only when she did the household chores. She would give Rs 1000 to Palak if she cleaned her bathroom, and the amount varied with different chores. Shweta even manages Palak's finances and makes sure she saves and invests her earnings more than she spends.

Shweta Tiwari is a well-known Indian actor who has primarily appeared on Hindi television. She is one of the highest-paid TV stars, and her iconic role as Prerna Sharma in Kasautii Zindagii Kay helped her become a household name across the country.
