Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut recently graced the wedding ceremony of her cousin, Varun Ranaut. She has made headlines for her generous gift to the newly weds. The actress presented the newly weds with a luxurious house in Chandigarh. Kangana reacted to a gratitude-filled post on Instagram stories by her cousin Varun. The post included pictures from the wedding and the new house.

In response to Varun’s “Thank you Didi @kanganaranaut…Chandigarh is home now,” Kangana wrote, “And the joy is entirely mine dear ones.” The Queen actor’s sister, Rangoli, also praised Kangana for making others’ dreams come true, saying, “Dear sister @kanganranaut… you always tap into our dreams and make them true…Thank you so much for everything.”

“Gurunanak Dev ji said whatever little we have we must share. He said, we always feel we don’t have enough, yet we must share and I feel there is no bigger joy than that… Thank you for always sharing everything of yours with me as well,” Kanagana replied.

Varun's wife Anjali also shared pictures from the griha pravesh and thanked Kangana and Rangoli in her post. Anjali wrote, “Entering our new home with the blessings of Ganpati ji. This lovely home is blessing and love from a sister to brother. All thanks to one and only, kind, humble and brave soul, @kanganaranaut. Special thanks to @rangoli_r_chandel who lead our way, who did all work and our saviour. May God bless us all with unity understanding and love.”

Kangana's younger brother Aksht's wife Rtu Ranaut also penned a note for Kangana on Instagram stories. "Thank you so much didi ji, @kanganaranaut from you we learn no matter how many hardships we go through, we can choose to be kind and generous, thank you. We’re touched beyond words. We’re so lucky to have you in our lives. Responding to the post, Kangana wrote, "Krishna's blessing".

Kangana Ranaut ran for the BJP and recently won the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in the Mandi constituency. In an interview with The Himachali Podcast, she mentioned that working in movies is much easier than in politics.  Kangana said in Hindi, “This is not the first time I was approached to join politics. I have received several other offers in the past. After my debut Gangster, I was offered a ticket. My great-grandfather was an MLA for at least three terms. So when you belong to such a family, and taste some success, the local leaders approach you. It is very common. In fact, my father had also received an offer. My sister was offered to join politics after she survived an acid attack. So for us, it is not a big deal for us to get political offers…If I wasn’t interested in this, I didn’t really have to go through so much trouble.”

"I am a person who goes with passion. Even in the film industry, I am an actor, writer, director and producer. Here in my political career, if I have to engage myself with the people here, I will go ahead with it. There is no compulsion. However, I won’t deny that the work in the film industry is comparatively easier than in politics. The latter takes a lot of effort. This is a harsh life, just like doctors, where only troubled people come to see you. When you go to watch a film, you are very relaxed. But, politics is not like that.” She also added.

Varun also shared a picture from inside the house and revealed that Kangan aworked on the interiors of the house as well.
