Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has been linked with influencer and entrepreneur RJ Mahvash for several months following his separation from wife Dhanashree Verma. However, it seems not all is well between Chahal and Mahvash, as the two have now unfollowed each other on social media. This has sparked fresh speculation online about a possible change in their equation.

Chahal and RJ Mahvash shared a close bond that came into the spotlight after the cricketer’s divorce. While they have consistently denied being in a relationship, their frequent joint appearances and social media posts for each other had kept dating rumours alive.
Several netizens recently noticed that the duo no longer follow each other on Instagram, fuelling breakup chatter.
Chahal’s recent cryptic Instagram stories have further hinted at heartbreak. Late on Wednesday night, the cricketer shared a reel that read, “I don’t trust people. My perfume stays much longer than their promises.”
He also shared another reel quoting the Bhagavad Gita, which read, “A person who is not shaken by sadness or desire, and who is free from attachment, fear and anger, is truly wise and calm in mind.”
What Chahal and RJ Mahvash said about their relationship status
Dating rumours around Chahal and Mahvash have been rife for a while now. During a chat with Raj Shamani, Chahal denied dating Mahvash, saying, “No, there’s nothing. People can think whatever they want to think.” He also spoke about how online speculation affected them. “For the first time, when I was seen with someone, people started linking us right away.”
“Even though she clarified it, it was very hard for her. She was called a homewrecker… people said really nasty things. I felt terrible,” he added. Chahal revealed that Mahvash had supported him during one of the darkest phases of his life, and he felt bad seeing her dragged into unnecessary controversy.
Later, in a conversation with Yuvaa, RJ Mahvash clarified that she is single. “I am very much single, and I don’t understand the concept of marriage in today’s time. I am someone who would date only when I have to marry. I don’t go on casual dates because I will only date someone I want to get married to,” she said.
She further added, “Shaadi ka concept samajh nahi aa raha hai, so I’ve put a halt to it,” explaining her current outlook on relationships.
