About India's Got Latent controversy

All about the controversy: Comedian Samay Raina’s YouTube show India’s Got Latent sparked major backlash after an episode featuring Ranveer Allahbadia included vulgar and offensive jokes, including one about incest and others mocking disabilities and regional groups. Multiple FIRs were filed under the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and IT Act, prompting Raina to delete the show’s videos and issue a public apology. The controversy led to cancelled shows, police questioning, and a Supreme Court directive for public apologies, reigniting debate over the limits of comedy and online content regulation in India.
