In an ex-parte order restraining the movie makers from showing any name or banner of the bank till further orders, Justice M.L. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film is scheduled to be released on September 13. Senior advocate Sanjay Jain, appearing for ICICI bank, said the film&#39;s trailer has been showing the bank and its staff in poor light when a bank robbery incident takes place. The ICICI bank has its registered trade mark and the film makers have not taken permission from the bank to display its banner, he said, adding that the video clips are very much clear that the manner in which the name of the bank was shown would damage its reputation. Removal of objectionable visuals from the film was also sought.
