Farah Khan’s 'Happy New Year' will be distributed worldwide exclusively by Yash Raj Films. The film starring Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah hits the marquee in Diwali this year.
