The firing incident involving Tiger Shroff has triggered fresh security concerns across Bollywood, with Akshay Kumar’s Mumbai residence reportedly set to receive a bulletproof glass shield. The move comes as investigators probe the October 18 shooting in Juhu and examine whether other high-profile actors were also considered targets. According to Moneycontrol, security measures are being strengthened at the homes of several celebrities following developments in the investigation. The incident has renewed questions about the safety of film stars and the protection they require outside their professional commitments.

Why is bulletproof glass being installed at Akshay Kumar’s home?

According to reports, installation of a bulletproof glass shield is underway at Akshay Kumar’s residence, while security arrangements at Salman Khan’s home are also being upgraded. The developments follow reports that the people accused of firing at Shroff had allegedly conducted reconnaissance of other celebrity residences before the attack. Police sources cited by Hindustan Times said Salman Khan was reportedly the original target, but the alleged attackers were deterred by the heavy security outside his Bandra home.
