The music launch of Aisha was held on Sunday at a suburban hotel. Javed Akhtar who has penned the lyrics was present and so was Sonam Kapoor, who play the title role. Anil and Sunita Kapoor played the proud parents and were all smiles at the event. Speaking about the music, Javed said, "The music is very youthful and energetic. Amit Trivedi (the music director) is very talented."

Also present were Sonam's sister and producer of the film, Rhea Kapoor, debutantes Ira Dubey and Amrita Puri, Lisa Hayden and Cyrus Sahukar.
