A source close to Bachchan family told Deccan Chronicle, "Aishwarya felt <a title="Abhishek Bachchan " href="http://www.mid-day.com/search/abhishek-bachchan-all" target="_blank">Abhishek Bachchan</a>'s career needed a small push to catapult him to the top bracket once again. Of late, he hasn't signed new films and is choosing to focus on the best possible projects. Following his revamped priorities, his first new project will be Sanjay Leela Bhansali's biopic on poet-lyricist, Sahir Ludhianvi. Reshma has been brought in to oversee Abhishek's forthcoming career moves and to position him as a prominent entertainment brand."
Rumour mills were abuzz that Khiladi Akshay Kumar has also signed Reshma Shetty to manage his work. However, there hasn't been any official confirmation from Akshay or his team.
Abhishek recently walked out of his debut film Refugee's director, JP Dutta's upcoming film &lsquo;Paltan'. The director had to rope in one-film-old Harshvardhan Rane for the role.
