L'Oreal Professionnel Partners join hands with Dessange Paris to unveil a beauty hub in Mumbai
Beauty gets a new address in the city. Dessange Paris an international chain of luxury salons celebrated their Mumbai launch last week with a glitzy line up from Bollywood and the fashion industry.
