All about Sunjay Kapur's inheritance dispute

Sunjay, Karisma's previous spouse, died on June 12 after supposedly suffering a heart attack while playing polo in London, United Kingdom. Karisma's children are currently involved in an ongoing inheritance dispute. Samaira and Kiaan, with their mother acting as legal guardian, have taken Priya Sachdev to court, accusing her of forging the will. They have questioned the validity of his will.

They allege that their late father had 'repeatedly promised' them their share, which was later removed from his last will. The lawsuit was launched after Priya presented a will supposedly executed on March 21 during a family meeting on July 30. The matter is currently being tried in the Delhi High Court, with both sides making several claims against each other. The trials are yet to come to a decision in this battle.
