Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan are on their way to attend the Third International Festival of Independent Cinema Off Plus Camera to be held at Krakow in Poland from April 16 as the festival's special guests. Amitabh will also take part in a TV show and visit some of the better known tourist places in Poland. He will also be a part of a hand printing ceremony, a Polish version of Hollywood's tradition of imprinting hands of famous celebs in Boulevard. The festival will go on as scheduled, even though the nation is currently mourning the death of their President, First Lady and several top officials in a plane crash in Russia.

R Balki, Aparna Sen and Kabir Khan are the other special guests. Paa, New York, Well Done Abba, harishchandrachi Factory and Road To Sangam are some of the films to be screened at the fest. Poland has a long standing connection with Bollywood with Hindi films being very well received all over the country. In fact, the mountains featured in Fanaah were actually Polish mountains of Tatra, about 100 kms from Krakow.
