Anil Kapoor says daughter Sonam will have to keep improving her craft despite establishing herself as a fine actress with her latest, 'Neerja'.

The Ram Madhavani-directed drama revolves around the hijacking of Pan Am Flight 73 in Karachi, Pakistan. Sonam's role of young flight attendant Neerja Bhanot, who fought for the lives of her passengers at the time of hijack, has earned her praise from all quarters.
"Every big actor in the world has to keep on learning. He or she might be the best actor but they have to constantlylearn. Same goes for Sonam. No matter how much praise she gets for her performance and whatever anybody says, she still has to improve more...
"An actor is always a student and this art is an ocean. No one can learn it fully. So, everyone should strive to improve," Anil told reporters at the Zee Cine Awards red carpet.
